Cams Hall Celebrates 25 Years as a Business Centre

Landmark Fareham building marks quarter-century milestone with special event

Cams Hall, the landmark Grade II* listed Georgian mansion in Fareham, is celebrating 25 years as a thriving business centre on Thursday 12 June 2025, from 4:00pm to 5:30pm. The anniversary will be marked by a special event attended by the Mayor-elect, Councillor Louise Clubley, alongside representatives from local businesses and individuals who have played a part in Cams Hall’s journey over the past two and a half decades.

Owned and operated by Wilky Group Limited, Cams Hall has stood as a symbol of resilience and evolution in the local area. Over the centuries, it has transitioned from a historic family estate to a modern business hub, while retaining its architectural charm and significance.

Today, the building hosts a vibrant mix of enterprises, offering premium office space and meeting rooms, and serving as a collaborative space for businesses ranging from start-ups to established firms. The event will celebrate not only the building’s rich past but also its role as a catalyst for economic and professional growth in the Fareham area.

“Cams Hall is more than a building, it’s a community. Over the last 25 years, it has supported hundreds of businesses, nurtured local entrepreneurship, and stood as an example of historic preservation with a purpose,” said Brenda Steele, centre manager at Cams Hall.

Cams Hall has proudly accommodated a variety of businesses throughout its history, including Yatchworld, Solid Solutions, Glanvilles Solicitors, The Bachmann Group, Charles Marcus, Sandison Pay, O’Neill & Brennan Construction, and Stella Systems, who have contributed to both the local economy and the Hall’s legacy as an influential centre for commerce. The blend of heritage and modern amenities continues to attract businesses seeking a unique and inspiring environment in which to grow.
