    Cams Hall is operated by Parallel Business Centres Ltd, which was established in 1989. It is a subsidiary of The Wilky Group, a privately owned property business that has operated in Surrey and Hampshire for nearly 70 years. Our clients are welcome to use our other centres by arrangement, Fetcham Park, Leatherhead and Parallel House, Guildford.

    Visitors

    Visitors to the House are by prior appointment. Your host will have informed the reception team of your arrival in advance to assist us with managing the flow of people.

    Access is by the main front door only. All visitors are to report to the front desk on arrival and use the Hand Sanitiser before recording their name and who they are visiting on the digital Check-In/Check-Out system. Please remember social distancing must be observed at all times.

    Guest arrival will be advised to the host who will come to greet you; regrettably we are unable to offer visitors any refreshments at this time other than sealed bottled water and plastic, disposable beakers (on request). Whilst in the building, visitors must follow the rules of the House, in particular, good hand hygiene and social distancing.

    Deliveries  

    Please note parcels will not be signed for but a name will be given to confirm receipt. Parcels are to be left in the front lobby area of Cams Hall and clients will be notified of deliveries by telephone or email.

    Situated just off the A27 between the cities of Portsmouth and Southampton, and with unhampered access to nearby Junction 11 of the M27, Cams Hall has a huge catchment area.

    Motorways link it to London and the international airports of Heathrow and Gatwick, as well as to the regional airport of Southampton.

    The attractive town of Fareham stands between the cities of Portsmouth and Southampton, with their continental ferry ports. Its rail station provides regular commuter and intercity train services. Nearby leisure facilities include the estate’s own cafe and waterfront gastro pub, the adjoining Cams Hall golf club and the yachting mecca of the Solent.
